Holes, excavations, broken, cracked or uneven $idewalks, <br /> driv�ways, st�ps or other surface improvements; open or uncovered pits, <br /> wells or cigterns; or any si�ilar dangerous condition which might <br /> constitute a hazard to p�r�ons on or neaz the premises. <br /> Section 6. The exterior of all structures on non-residential <br /> premis�s, including buildings or fences, $i�as, store front�, lighting <br /> and other standards and supports, awnings, canapiws and appurtenances <br /> shall be maintained in good r�pair and where necessary for the purpose <br /> of pre��rvation of appearance, shall be kept painted oz otherwise <br /> protected from vaeather ing. All exterior sarface shall be maintained <br /> free of broken glass, looae shingl�s, crumbling stone o r brick, exposed <br /> w�ood or other weathering building material, excessive paint peeling or <br /> other condition reflecting deterioration or inadequate maintenanc� <br /> and so as to not depreciate the value of nearby premi�es. <br /> Section 7. The interior of all non-residential structures, <br /> including floors, walls and ceilings shall be made and kept �tructurally <br /> :ound and in a clean and sanitary condition. Fic�ors shall be aade <br /> and kept in such condition as to bear imposed loads aad to be smooth, <br /> clean, level and free from cracks, breaks or hazard�. Walls and ceilings <br /> �hall be nade and kept clean and free fro�a cracks, breaks, lvose plaster <br /> and other siailar conditions and shall be �o coated ox covered or made <br /> of such naterial that the same may be conveniently maintainecd in a <br /> safe clean and sanitary condition. <br /> Section 8. All �upporting structural members of non�-residential <br /> structures shall be nade and kept son�d, fxee of d�terioration and of <br />
