. � <br /> , <br /> Revision PARAGRAPH (7) - <br /> of Plans <br /> it is hereby understood and agreed that if the said detailed plans, <br /> specifications and estimates of cost are presented to the City and <br /> have been approved by the City and the said detailed plans, specifi- <br /> cations and estimates of cost are thereafter substantially changed, <br /> or revised for any reason other than the fault of the Engineer in <br /> preparing same, then the Engineer shall be entitled to and shall <br /> receive a reasonable additional compensation for said revisions, <br /> which amount shall be due and payable upon the completion of said <br /> revisions. <br /> Subsurface PARAGRAPH (8) - <br /> Explorations <br /> Special Engineering Services defined in PARAGRAPH (2) , Sub-Paragraph F <br /> covers the furnishing of "test borings and/or other subsurface explora- <br /> tions or samplings" when directed by the City.
