There shall be no credit or deduction allocved <br /> by reason of the Ioss or leakage of water af�er the same has passed through a <br /> meter. <br /> IO. �Vater services fror� tne water system of the City are hereby classi- <br /> fied as donestic quarterly services, domestic monthly services, non-domestic <br /> quarterly services and non-domestic monthly ser��ices. The term monthly as useci <br /> in this chapter, unless some other meaning. is clearly intended from the context <br /> in which the same is used, means a period if t�venty-eight, t�:enty-nine, thirty <br /> or thirty-one days, as the case may be, v�hether the same comr:.ences or ends on <br /> _ the first eay oF a calendar month or otiierwise . The term quarterly as used in <br /> this chapter, unless so-�e other meaning is clearly intended from the context in <br /> which the sare is usea, means a period of days approximating the m�mber of days <br /> w�ich equals one quarter oi a year and vrithout reoard to the day of the calendar <br /> month or uay of the calendar year upon wizich such period of time co�:,lcnces . <br /> �Yater services from said syster� to a single family residence, a ttivo famiiy resi- <br /> dence or to a residential structure of less tnan four ds�:elling units are do�^es- <br /> tic servic�s. Exc2pc as ottier�vise provided elsecvh�re in this chapter, all o�her <br /> services are r.on-do:�estic ser��ices. t�Jater services, whether domestic or non- <br /> domestic, througii wi�ich an averaye of Iess than 490,000 cubic feet of �vater is <br /> furnished durin� sac?� of the three periods of four consecutive quart-ers of the <br /> preced?ng t,�•elve consecutive quarters are cuarterly services. �Vater services, <br /> nrhether domes�ic or non-dor:,estic, througn which an average of 490,000 cubic feet <br /> of water or more is furnished as last aforesaid are monthly services.
