That upon separation fYom classified service by <br /> reason of retirement the City will pay to the retiring employee <br /> $2.00 for each day of unused accumulated sick leave. <br /> Section 6. That annually as of the anniversary date of the <br /> entry into classified service of an employee cornmencing with the <br /> completion of tive years continuous service uninterrupted by resig- <br /> nation or discharge and continuing through the completion of twenty <br /> years of such continuous service Service Recognition Pay shall be <br /> paid each classified employee at the rate of $5.00 per year of such <br /> continuous service. <br /> Section 7. That items of dress unif orm of employees in the ' <br /> fire service shall be replaced by the City as needed and woYk clothes <br /> f or such personnel other than personal items, shoes, belts , underwear, <br /> socks and similar items to be determined by the City Manager shall be <br /> furnished and replaced by the City. <br /> Section 8, That employees in the classified service by the com� - <br /> pletion of any pYobationary period upon original entry into such ser- <br /> vice, and so long as they continue in such seYvice shall reside in that <br /> territory within the County of Macon, Illinois, bounded on tte North by <br /> Hickory Point Road and Clxndiff Road and said roads extended easterly <br /> and westerly as the case may be to intersect with the other boundaries <br /> herein set out; on the West by GTykles Road; on �e South by the Elwin- <br /> Mt. �ion Road and said road extended easterly along the center line of <br /> Sections 4, 3 and 2 in Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. <br /> to a point due south of the west line of Section 34, Township 16 N�rth, <br /> Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. ; on the Bast by the road extending north <br /> and south along the west lines of Sections 10, 15, 22 and 29, of the <br /> township last aforesaid and said road extended northeYly and southerly <br /> to intersect with the other boundaries herein set out, except that no <br /> employeein the classified service shall after the time aforesaid reside <br /> within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town <br /> other than the City of Decatur, Illinois. <br />
