This record, together <br /> with such additional information relative to an animal as may become <br /> available, shall be kept by the caretaker in a permanent record at <br /> the pound. The animal control wardens shall dispose of all animals <br /> received at the pound in accordance with the ordinances of the City <br /> and the ordinances of the Town and any pertinent regulations of the <br /> Department of Public Health of and in accordance with the laws of the <br /> State of Illinois . <br /> 10 . Impounding fees shall be paid to and become the funds <br /> of the Town. <br /> 11 . No employee of the City or of the Town engaged in <br /> animal control activities shall accept any gratuity, tip or reward <br /> in connection with his employment. <br /> 12 . Animal control wardens shall not at any time pick up <br /> animals outside the respective City or Town limits nor shall the <br /> caretaker accept for impoundment any animal from outside said limits. <br /> Both caretaker and animal control wardens shall be available and on <br /> call in case of emergencies . <br /> 13 . The City shall pay to the Town, on or before July lst <br /> each year this agreement shall be in effect, the sum of $1,500 . 00 . <br /> 14 . The final determination of all questions or policy <br /> regarding the caretaker or caretakers and the use of the real <br /> estate and improvements at the pound shall be made by the Town and <br /> all final determination or question of policy regarding the animal <br /> control wardens and animal control equipment of the City shall be made <br /> by the City. Questions of interpretation of this contract shall be <br /> decided by a committee of the Corporation Counsel of the City, the <br />
