The City will furnish and supply all water service <br /> and all necessary veterinary supplies such as syringes , needles and <br /> otherwise a� may be necessary in tfie operation of the dog pound. <br /> 5 . The Town will, at its own expense for salaries , fringe <br /> benefits and other employment expenses , furnish such caretaker or <br /> caretakers at the pound as are necessary and desirable for the <br /> efficient and proper operation thereof. <br /> 6 . The Town and the City shall each furnish and pay for <br /> their own records and material as may be required for the respective <br /> use of each. <br /> 7 . The hours o� the dog pound shall be from 9 :00 A. M, to <br /> 5 :00 P. M, each day from Monday through Friday, except that the pound <br /> shall be open to the public only after the hour of 1 : 00 P. M, on each <br /> of said days and from 8 :00 A. M, to 12 :00 noon on Saturday. The dog <br /> pound shall be closec�- ,on Sunday. <br /> 8 . A caretaker shall be on duty at the dog pound during <br /> all of the above hours and shall be in charge of all book and record <br /> keeping incidental to the operation of the pound. Said caretaker shall <br /> also receive any telephone calls and complaints that may come to the <br /> dog pound and shall transmit the same to the animal control wardens . <br /> Said caretaker shall also maintain the operation of the pound in a <br /> clean, efficient and proper manner; shall wait on the general public <br /> thereat; and shall maintain the building and grounds . <br /> 9 . The animal control wardens shall secure such informa- <br /> tion as may be available relative to each animal delivered to the <br /> pound by them and shall make a written report including such perti- <br /> nent information, a copy of which shall be furnished to the caretaker <br />
