. r <br /> � � ' <br /> r ✓ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �a�I� <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING R-3 RESIDENCE <br /> DEVEIAPMENT PLAN <br /> W!-IEREAS, on the 5th day of February, 1970, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commis- <br /> sion held a public hearing upon the petition of WOODLAND DEVELOP- <br /> MENT CORPORATION for approval of an R-3 Residence Development un- <br /> der the provisions of Section XXI. C. on premises described as: <br /> The East 452.7 feet of that part of the Northeast <br /> Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE14) of <br /> Section Tighteen (18 ) Township Sixteen (16) North, <br /> Range Turo (2) East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br /> lying North of West Main Street (former U, S. Route <br /> 36) located in the County of Macon� State of <br /> Illinois; <br /> a nd <br /> WHEREAS� said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that such Residence Development Plan be approved. <br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendations and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. Upon the conditic�ns hereinafter mentioned, <br /> petitioner Woodland Development Corporation be, and it is hereby, <br /> authorized and permitted to develop the premises aforesaid under <br /> the R-3 Residence Development Plan submitted and recommended for <br /> approval as aforesaid in accordance with the plat and plan thereof <br /> hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof �s if fully set out <br /> herein. <br /> Section 3. That the approval of said plan and the develop_ <br /> ment of said premises authorized hereby be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That said premises be developed in accordance with the <br /> plan and plat aforesaid for residential and incidental uses as shown <br /> thereon and none other and that a11 driveways, streets, entrances, <br /> sidewalks, walkways, hydrants, buildings and other structures be loca- <br /> ted and implaced and landscaped as shown thereon. <br /> (b) That the conditions and limitations set forth in Sec- <br /> tion XXI. C. 3 & 4 of the Zoning Ordinance be complied with. <br />
