. . <br /> � � <br /> i 2 <br /> (c) That no construction or improvements in or upon <br /> said premises shall be commenced until a plat accompanied by <br /> plans and specifications in accordance with the subdivision <br /> regulations of the City of Decatur and conforming otherw:ise <br /> to the conditions and agreements in this special pe rmit shall <br /> be submitted by petitioner to and approved by the Council in <br /> manner and form as by ordinance provided. <br /> (d) That the developer otherwise comply with all appli- <br /> cable building, construction, mechanical and zoning codes and <br /> ordinances of the City in the development of said premises he re- <br /> under. <br /> (e) That Lots No. 1, 12, 13, 23, 24, 38, 39, 40, 41, <br /> and 42 as shown on said plan and none other may be developed with <br /> two family structures and all othe r lots with single family resi- <br /> dences and that the off-street parking requirements for Lots 38 <br /> and 39 be satisfied by providing the required numbex of parking <br /> spaces on said lots at places other than in the required front <br /> yard. <br /> Sect ion 4.
