5269 PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION TO THE VOTERS OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, THE QUESTION OF ISSUING $2,600,000 SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM BONDS

, . . , 3 to the existing system of surface water drains of said City, such improve�ents and extensions, being as hereinabove described in the prea�ble hereof, and that to evidence said loan negotiable bonds of said City be is�ued and that said bonds be designated "Surface Water Drainage System Bonds,� and that said bonds bear interest, annually, from date, at the rate of not to exceed seven per cent (7�) per annum. Section 3. That the question of issuing said $2,600�000 Sur- face Water Drainage System Bonds, as hereinabove described in Section 2 hereof, be submitted to the legal voter� of said City at a Special election which is hereby called to be held in and for said City on the 24th day of February, I970, and that the po11s at said election shall be op�n at 6:00 o'clock A.M, and shall remain open until 6:00 o'clock P.M, of sa id day. Section 4. That said election shall be held in each of t he several election precincts of said City as such precincts have hereto_ fore been established by the Council of said City as election precincts for all elections to be held in and for said City and the polling place for each of said precincts shall be as hereinafter set forth in the form of the notice to be given of said election as such form of notice is preacribed in Section 6 hereof. Section 5. That the persons to act as judges for the several election precincts at said special �lection shall be hereafter appointed to so act by ordinance to be adopted by the Council. ; Section 6.
