RESOLUTION NO. R 2 01 6-1 1 2 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING MV TRANSPORTATION,INC. CONTRACT <br /> WITH THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS,MASS TRANSIT SYSTEM FOR <br /> SCHEDULING SOFTWARE LICENSE AND INSTALLATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur's management agreement with MV <br /> Transportation,Inc.,be and is hereby amended to provide for scheduling software license <br /> and installation as described in the attached amendment to agreement, for a cost of <br /> installation not to exceed $20,000.00,and a monthly fee of$768.42 for rental and service <br /> fees. <br /> Section 2.
