ORDINANCE NO. 2 016-8 5 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 54 <br /> -AMUSEMENT DEVICES- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 54 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by amending Section 1 and Section 4, so that Section 1 <br /> and Section 4 as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 1. LICENSE. No person, firm or corporation shall operate, maintain or conduct a <br /> shuffle board, shuffle alley, bank board, coin operated pool table, coin operated bowling <br /> machine, coin operated baseball machine, gun or target type mechanical amusement device, <br /> video game or any other mechanical or electronic amusement device open to the public for hire <br /> or gain without having first obtained a license therefor. Amusement devices shall not include <br /> video gaming devices as defined b the Illinois Video Gamin Act 230 ILCS 40/1 et. se <br /> g g Y g _ . and <br /> any successor statute. <br /> 4. FEE. The fee for such license shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00) for each machine <br /> located in such establishment for each calendar year or fraction thereof. <br /> Section 2.
