ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS <br /> CHAPTER 54 <br /> -AMUSEMENT DEVICES- <br /> 1. LICENSE.No person, firm or corporation shall operate, maintain or conduct a shuffle <br /> board, shuffle alley, bank board, coin operated pool table, coin operated bowling machine, coin <br /> operated baseball machine, gun or target type mechanical amusement device, video game or any <br /> other mechanical or electronic amusement device open to the public for hire or gain without <br /> having first obtained a license therefor. Amusement devices shall not include video gaming <br /> devices as defined by the Illinois Video Gaming Act 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq and any successor <br /> statute. <br /> 4. FEE. The fee for such license shall be Forty Dollars $40.00) Twenty Dollars ($20.00) <br /> for each machine or- deviee for twenty five (25) or- fewer maehines leeated in one establislmnent, <br /> and Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) foF eaeh maehine or- device in emeess of twenty five (25) maehifle-S <br /> located in such establishment for each calendar year or fraction thereof. <br />
