<br /> Fire Station#1:
<br /> 1)General Construction Work:Masonry work that includes correcting water infiltration
<br /> by installing masonry thru wall flashing at existing roof to wall terminations and thru
<br /> wall flashing investigation at base of wall and other locations. Miscellaneous door and
<br /> hardware replacement.Replacement of bathroom countertops.
<br /> 2)Plumbing Work:Replacement of plumbing equipment including drinking fountains,
<br /> flush valves,water heater,recirculating pump,thermostatic mixing valves,faucets,and
<br /> shower heads.Also includes reworking sanitary waste line in basement for positive flow
<br /> and installing a grease trap for the kitchen.
<br /> 3)Sprinkler Work:None.
<br /> 4)Heating,Ventilating and Air Conditioning Work:Adjustment to duct work in
<br /> basement for sanitary waste line work.
<br /> 5)Electrical Work:Replace existing exterior light fixture and add surge protection.
<br /> 6)Technology:Modifications and upgrades to the following systems:Horizontal
<br /> structured cabling system including new telecommunications outlets,cabling,patch
<br /> panels,and connectivity for support of voice/data/network devices. Wired and wireless
<br /> LAN including access points,cabling,and network switches.Audio/Visual presentation
<br /> systems for conference and training facilities.CAD Display monitoring system. Cable
<br /> management including conduit,back boxes,and surface mount raceways for support of
