2)Plumbing Work:Work that is associated with supporting limited renovation of interior spaces including service sink,thermostatic mixing valve,water closet,urinal,lavatory,and shower head replacement.Also includes reinsulating exposed domestic water lines and internal storm drains and replacing a water heater. 3)Sprinkler Work:Provide Sprinkler heads off of the domestic water service. 4)Heating,Ventilating and Air Conditioning Work:Support and reinsulate ductwork in apparatus bay and replace ceiling diffusers in ceiling replacement. 5)Electrical Work:Replace main service panel and distribution panels with associated disconnect switches and provide surge protection.Replace and add smoke detectors.Replace exterior light fixtures and interior light fixtures in the limited renovation of interior spaces. 6)Technology:Modifications and upgrades to the following:Backbone cabling system including cable,patch panels,and connectivity for support of voice,data,and CATV systems.Horizontal structured cabling system including new telecommunications outlets,cabling,patch panels,and connectivity for support of voice/data/network and CATV devices.Infrastructure including conduit and inner duct for support of backbone cabling systems.Wired and wireless LAN including access points,cabling,and network switches.Paging speaker system.CAD Display monitoring system.Cable management including conduit,back boxes,and surface mount raceways for support of existing and new low voltage systems. 7)Hazardous Materials:Removal of hazardous materials as indicated in the Owner's Environmental Consultant's project manual for bidding dated August 31st,2016 in Section 028200A Asbestos Abatement Project Manual.
