L17-5329 <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-07 <br /> ' AUTHORIZED FOR BID OCTOBER 29 2016 <br /> ' AD1-1 NOTICE <br /> 1.01 This Addendum No. 1, dated November 4, 2016, to the plans, specifications and <br /> contract documents for the above captioned project supersedes all contrary and <br /> conflicting information in the documents which are hereby supplemented or revised <br /> as follows. <br /> ' AD1-2 ADVERTISEMENT FORBIDS <br /> 2.01 Electronic versions of the Project Manual that were downloaded before November 5, <br /> 2016, contain incorrect information regarding the Pre-Bid Meeting in the <br /> Advertisement For Bids on page three (3). <br /> ' 2.02 On page three (3) of the Project Manual, under the heading "Instructions for <br /> Bidders", replace the language in Paragraph Two (2) regarding the Pre-Bid Meeting <br /> ' with the following: <br /> A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on Friday, <br /> November 18,2016, at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room on the 1st <br /> floor of the Decatur Civic Center.
