After the Agreement is reviewed, the original and <br /> one copy should be signed by the appropriate official and returned to the Infrastructure Financial <br /> Assistance Section, Bureau of Water, P.O. Box 19276, Springfield, IL 62794-9276 as soon as it <br /> is signed, but no later than July 14, 2017. The second copy is for your records.
