Levels of Accomplishment- Performance Goals <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, <br /> the Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services with a <br /> completion date as follows: <br /> Total Units Completion Date <br /> Activity#I—(4)neighborhood organization <br /> grants <br /> Activity#2—(75+)provide educational <br /> classes in home maintenance,arts and December 8, 2017 <br /> beautification <br /> Activity#3 (10)neighborhood residents <br /> participating in RNNC <br /> B. Staffing <br /> Executive Board- 100% <br /> Activities will be carried out by the Executive Board. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Subrecipient against the goals and <br /> performance standards substandard performance as determined by the City will <br /> constitute noncompliance with this agreement. If action to correct such substandard <br /> performance is not taken by the Subrecipient within a reasonable period of time as <br /> specified by the City then, after being notified by the City, contract suspension or <br /> termination procedures will be initiated. <br /> II. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall NOT begin until a Notice to Proceed has been issued by the <br /> Neighborhood Services Department-Neighborhood Outreach Division.
