where the food is catered. Gross revenues from the sale of alcoholic liquor at any event <br /> shall not exceed forty (40) percent of the total gross revenues generated from the sale of <br /> alcohol and food at that event and the licensee shall submit to the City an affidavit on a <br /> quarterly basis certifying compliance with this requirement. No event shall exceed three <br /> (3) days in length nor shall alcoholic liquor be served at such an event for more than <br /> eight(8)consecutive hours. <br /> Section 2.
