After the meeting inside the City's administrative offices,the group reconvened in Parking Structure C. <br /> 1. Engineer identified specific locations(examples) of supplemental bearing support, restoring w- <br /> shape web, structural steel maintenance repairs, clean and paint steel beams and decking, and <br /> ' replacing floor drains. <br /> B. After the meeting inside Parking Structure C,the group reconvened in Parking Structure B. <br /> 1. Engineer identified specific locations(examples)of concrete ceiling,joist, beam,and spandrel <br /> (exterior) repairs; masonry brick repairs, and location of the supplementary drain area. <br /> 1 2. Contractor asked about spandrel beam repairs(exterior). Where boom equipment will have to be <br /> located on the street and not on the sidewalk. <br /> 3. Pedestrian closure of a sidewalk will be allowed. <br /> 4. EI Dorado street is a US Highway and construction equipment there will require a greater effort <br /> than those of the other streets. <br /> 5. Masonry repairs will be in coordination with the Engineer. Accessing areas to observe conditions <br /> 1 behind the brick wythe will aid in further directions for repairs. <br /> 2.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 1.
