Subcontracting is not required for a City project. Otto Baum will be subcontracting 30%of the <br /> work, 6%of which will be with a minority contractor. Otto Baum provided documentation showing <br /> a good faith effort was made to comply with the City's goals. <br /> SCHEDULE: <br /> Following approval of the contract by the City Council work on this project shall begin after a <br /> "Notice to Proceed"has been issued from the City. The Concrete Street Improvement project is <br /> scheduled to be complete by October 13, 2017. A final project report will be prepared for Council <br /> at the end of the project. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: Funding for this project is allocated in the Local Motor Fuel Tax Fund and the <br /> Storm Water Fund. Catch basin casting replacements will be funded out of the Storm Water Fund <br /> $90,034.
