ARTICLE XXXI <br /> TERMINATION <br /> This Agreement shall be effective on May 1, 2017 and shall remain in full force and <br /> effect for a period of nine (9) years and eight (8) months until the 31 st day of December, 2026. <br /> This Agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party <br /> shall notify the other in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the anniversary date that it <br /> desires to modify this Agreement.
