ARTICLE VIII -AMENDMENTS <br /> These By-Laws may be amended at a meeting of the Executive Board by a two- <br /> thirds (2/3) vote if the proposed amendment was submitted in writing to all <br /> Executive Board members and all member agencies at least thirty (30) days <br /> before the meeting at which the proposed amendment is considered. <br /> ARTICLE IX -MEETINGS <br /> A. Except to the extent that these By-Laws or any rules adopted by the <br /> Executive Board impose a stricter requirement, all meetings of the <br /> Executive Board and the Operations Group shall comply with the <br /> requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/1 et seq. <br /> B. Unless inconsistent with these By-Laws, Robert's Rules of Order shall <br /> govern the conduct of all meetings of the Executive Board and the <br /> Operations Group. <br /> C. CIRDC shall maintain and distribute copies of all minutes of the Executive <br /> Board and the Operations Group to each of the member agencies. <br /> 13 <br />
