RESOLUTION NO.R2017 - 101 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> -REGARDING VEHICLES MANUFACTURED- <br /> -BY PIERCE MANUFACTURING INC.- <br /> BE <br /> NC:BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council herewith, <br /> between the CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, the CITY OF CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS, the <br /> TOWN OF NORMAL, ILLINOIS, the CITY OF PEORIA, ILLINOIS, the CITY OF <br /> CHARLESTON, ILLINOIS, the CITY OF DANVILLE, ILLINOIS, the CITY OF OTTAWA, <br /> ILLINOIS, regarding vehicles manufactured by PIERCE MANUFACTURING, INC., for use by <br /> Fire Departments, whereby they may share services and expenses, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
