R2019—(�p <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND CITY OF CHARLESTON,ILLINOIS <br /> FOR THE LEASE OF A 1994 PIERCE LADDER TRUCK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Lease Agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith, between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the City of Charleston, Illinois for the lease <br /> of a 1994 Pierce ladder truck for use by the City of Charleston Fire Department, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
