RESOLUTION NO.WI& I—060 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR, MS4 COMMUNITIES AND THE MACON <br /> COUNTY SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO ASSIST WITH <br /> MEETING THE CITY'S NPDES REQUIREMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Decatur, MS4 <br /> Communities and the Macon County Soil and Water Conservation District, whereby they may <br /> share services and expenses,presented to the Council, as Exhibit A,herewith be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
