RESOLUTION NO. 1�4tj <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1 WITH CDM SMITH FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE WATER UTILITY LONG- <br /> TERM SUSTAINABILITIY PLAN <br /> CITY PROJECT 2018-34 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Change Order Number I to the Professional Engineering Services <br /> Agreement between CDM Smith, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for the Water Utility Long- <br /> Term Sustainability Plan,attached hereto as Exhibit A,be authorized in the amount not to exceed <br /> $31,500. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be,and they are hereby,authorized and directed <br /> to execute said Change Order No. 1 to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement between <br /> the City of Decatur,Illinois and CDM Smith. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> agreement, as signed, and the change order is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
