RESOLUTION NO. a I q% <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br /> TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL DURING THE IMPROVEMENT OF BRUSH <br /> COLLEGE ROAD <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager, or authorized designee, is authorized to enter into an <br /> agreement for traffic control materials and services as deemed necessary to regulate and manage the <br /> detour of traffic during the Brush College Road Grade Separation Project; <br /> Section 2. That there is hereby authorized the expenditure of not to exceed$100,000 of <br /> Local Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of the temporary installation of traffic control. <br /> Section 3.
