RESOLUTION NO. R4046—U <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTION REGARDING UNSAFE STRUCTURES <br /> 1617 E. Cantrell 960 W. Decatur 1026 N. Edward <br /> 1536 N. MLK 2127 Riedel 229 E. Stuart <br /> 1961 N. Walnut Grove 1237 E.William <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, has found and does hereby find <br /> that certain structures within the City located on premises at the addresses set forth above, are <br /> dangerous and unsafe, or are uncompleted or abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the better interest of the general public health, safety and welfare that <br /> said structures be repaired or demolished. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
