RESOLUTION NO.WaB--3� <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE STATE MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS TO PAY THE <br /> CITY'S PORTION FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO IL 121 (MT ZION ROAD) FROM ITS <br /> INTERSECTION WITH US 36 TO THE EDGE OF CITY LIMITS BY MUNICIPALITY <br /> UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2022-15 <br /> SECTION NO. 22-00215-00-TL <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$119,060 of State Motor Fuel Tax funds for <br /> the purpose of rehabilitation of streets and highways under the applicable provisions of the Illinois <br /> Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those streets, highways; and operations as listed and described as part of the <br /> improvements to IL 121 (Mt Zion Rd) are eligible for State Motor Fuel Tax funds and shall be desig- <br /> nated as Section 22-00215-00-TL. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as given above, <br /> submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, a certified state- <br /> ment showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this period. <br /> Section 4.
