i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUB- RECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS AND DOVE INC. FOR PURCHASE AND RENOVATION OF <br /> 805 E. JOHNS FOR TRANSITIONAL AND PERMANENT HOUSING UTILIZING <br /> HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (HOME-ARP) <br /> FUNDS <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur agrees to sell the property located at 805 E. Johns to <br /> Dove Inc. for$190,000 and that the agreement is hereby approved and placed on file. The <br /> document relating and necessary to the sale and transfer is the following described property: <br /> Lot Four(4) in Block Two (2) of William Martin's 2nd Addition of Out Lots to Decatur, as per <br /> Plate recorded in Book 17 on Page 364 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> The land commonly known as: 805 E. Johns Ave. Decatur, IL 62521 <br /> Section 2. That Dove receives an amount up to $560,000 to renovate the property located <br /> at 805 E. Johns. <br /> Section 3. That the funds being used to purchase and renovate are HOME American <br /> Rescue Plan funds <br /> Section 4. That the City Manager, Director and/or Assistant Director of Economic & <br /> Community Development, and the City Clerk be, are hereby recognized and directed to sign, seal <br /> and attest said Agreements, environmental reviews, and expenditures related to funds received <br /> from the U. S.
