R2023- -177 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> MODIFICATIONS TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING PAY, BENEFITS,AND WORK CONDITIONS BETWEEN THE <br /> DECATUR POLICE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION LABOR <br /> COMMITTEE AND THE CITY OF DECATUR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the modifications to the Collective Bargaining Agreement through a <br /> memorandum of Understanding presented to the City Council herewith between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois and the Decatur Police Benevolent and Protective Association Labor Committee <br /> for pay, benefits and working conditions effective January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024 <br /> be, and it is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
