RESOLUTION NO. R _J / <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL TO RENEW EXISTING EQUIPMENT <br /> RENTAL AGREEMENT AND MANAGED PRINT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR FIVE <br /> YEARS WITH WATTS COPY SYSTEMS, INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Equipment Rental Contract Extension Agreement Managed Print <br /> Services Contract attached herewith and made part hereof marked Exhibit A, be approved by City <br /> Council. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk attest the <br /> attached agreement. <br /> Section 3.
