RESOLUTION NO. 2024 A301�— <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND DECATUR PUBLIC SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICT#61 REGARDING 1077 WEST GRAND AVENUE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City Council <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Decatur Public School District#61 with the same or <br /> substantially same terms and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, approved and attached <br /> as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2.
