RESOLUTION NO. R2024-y '5. <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT <br /> WITH CONCENTRIC INTEGRATION, LLC FOR <br /> WATER FACILITIES PLC UPGRADES, CITY PROJECT 2024-29 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and made <br /> part hereof, between Concentric Integration, LLC and the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
