RESOLUTION NO. �WN— �0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE SHARING OF CERTAIN COSTS RELATED TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF A <br /> PORTION OF TAYLOR AVENUE IN MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS, BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR AND HICKORY POINT TOWNSHIP <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the sharing of certain <br /> costs related to the surface improvement of portions of Taylor Avenue, a public highway in <br /> Macon County, Illinois,between the City of Decatur and Hickory Point Township, whereby they <br /> may share services and expenses, presented to the Council, as Exhibit A, herewith be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
