Ob '4 -&3 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BURNS & MCDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY INC., TO <br /> PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> SELECTION ASSISTANCE, CITY PROJECT 2024-32 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Professional Engineering Services Agreement for Burns & <br /> McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc.,presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit 1 and made <br /> a part hereof,between the City of Decatur and Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., <br /> and the same is hereby received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
