RESOLUTION NO. 2024_� � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS AND DECATUR PARK DISTRICT <br /> REAL ESTATE TRANSFER FOR PORTIONS OF GARFIELD PARK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented herewith to the City Council <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Decatur Park District with the same or substantially <br /> same terms and the same is hereby,received,placed on file, approved and attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 2.
