That the Second Memorandum of Understanding presented to the City <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and the Decatur Public Library and Council 31, <br /> American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees,AFL-CIO on behalf of <br /> AFSCME Local 268 be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file,and approved. <br /> Section 2.
