RESOLUTION NO. R2025 -�.;q <br /> RESOLUTION WAIVING ALL CITY PERMIT FEES FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT WITHIN MILLIKIN COORIDOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That all City permit fees, including building, plumbing, mechanical, and <br /> electrical permits, shall be waived related to the successful construction of single family and/or <br /> multifamily residential development projects located within the following area: 600 to 1000 <br /> Blocks of West Wood,West Macon,and West Decatur Streets;the 200-300 Blocks of South Crea, <br /> South Monroe, and South Haworth Streets. <br /> Section 2. That the permit fees are waived for any for homeowners who desire to make <br /> improvements to their home within the following area: 600 to 1000 Blocks of West Wood, West <br /> Macon, and West Decatur Streets; the 200-300 Blocks of South Crea, South Monroe, and South <br /> Haworth Streets. <br /> Section 3.That this permit waiver shall only be good for a period of three(3)years, starting <br /> on January 1, 2026 and expiring on January 1, 2029. <br /> Section 4.
