Raoay(o—' OS <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 5 FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SPHEROS ENVIRONMENTAL PARENT GROUP INC.,A DELAWARE <br /> CORPORATION,FOR LAKE DECATUR WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PLAN CITY <br /> PROJECT 2019-38 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Amendment No. 5 presented to the Council herewith as Exhibit A and <br /> made part of hereof,between Spheros Environmental Parent Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, <br /> and the City of Decatur,be, and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. , <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Amendment No. 5 between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Spheros <br /> Environmental Parent Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, for a cost not to exceed$828,922.50. <br /> Section 3. That unused funds from previous amendments in the amount of approximately <br /> $320,000 shall be used for payment of this amendment. <br /> Section 4.
