RESOLUTION NO. k o <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND AGREEMENT OF THE LEAD <br /> HAZARD REDUCTION GRANT PROGRAM <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager or their designee is authorized to enter into negotiations with <br /> the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as required for the grant, allowing <br /> Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) funding to statisfy the 10% match requirement. <br /> Section 2.
