RESOLUTION NO. R2026 — 39 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EVALUATION CRITERIA,APPLICATION AND <br /> SCORING FOR CITY COUNCIL COMMUNITY GRANT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City designated funds for the Community Grant Program to support <br /> projects that align with the City's strategic goals. <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to ensure a fair, transparent, and objective <br /> process for the distribution of funds. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
