RESOLUTION NO. R2026-G <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH ARCHITECTURAL <br /> EXPRESSIONS,LLP, FOR ARCHITECTURAL OVERSIGHT OF BUILDING <br /> UPGRADES AT 1170 N. ORCHARD STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement for the architectural oversight of building upgrades at 1170 <br /> Orchard Street, Decatur, Illinois and presented to the City Council herewith as Exhibit A, be <br /> received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Architectural Expressions, LLP in the amount of$25,000 <br /> base bid and a project contingency of 15% ($3,750.00) be hereby accepted, and a purchase order <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
