O , , - <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DECATUR AND THE SANITARY DISTRICT OF <br /> DECATUR FOR THE BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD LIFT STATION FORCEMAIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council and <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between the City of Decatur and the Sanitary District <br /> of Decatur to upsize a forcemain owned by the District, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
