RESOLUTION NO. 07----3"0-3-Co q9 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH D&S <br /> MANAGEMENT REALTY PARTNERS FOR WEED ABATEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That under the agreement with D&S Management Realty Partners for Privately <br /> owned violation lots in district 1 for weed abatement be extended until December 31, 2026. <br /> Section 2.
