I )j4'-40 <br /> RHSP: JOSH TANNER <br /> REC FEE: 53.00 CON C`J'JNT( <br /> PAGES: 1 ESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 2026-36 GRANTING A <br /> ►L USE PERMIT FOR HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> N USE (EVENT SPACE) 357 WEST DECATUR STREET <br /> WHEREAS, on October 5, 2026, the City Council of the City of Decatur approved <br /> Ordinance No. 2026-36, granting a Conditional Use Permit for Historic Neighborhood <br /> Preservation Use (Event Space) at 357 West Decatur Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Parcel Identification Number(PIN)included in Ordinance No. 2026-36 <br /> requires an administrative correction to accurately identify the subject property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rescind Ordinance No. 2026-36 so that a <br /> corrected ordinance may be considered separately,without otherwise changing the substantive <br /> conditions of the previously approved Conditional Use Permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2026-36, approved by the City Council on October 5, 2026, <br /> granting a Conditional Use Permit for Historic Neighborhood Preservation Use (Event Space) at <br /> 357 West Decatur Street, be, and the same is hereby, rescinded. <br /> Section 2. That the purpose of this rescission is to allow consideration of a separate, corrected <br /> ordinance accurately identifying the subject property. This ordinance does not itself grant a <br /> replacement Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Section 3.
