RESOLUTION R2014-150 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> - DECATUR PARK DISTRICT - BEACH HOUSE I INC. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS.- <br /> Section <br /> LLINOIS:Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement for sidewalk/promenade <br /> improvements, resolving ADA issues and improvements to public areas on the lower <br /> level presented to Council herewith between the City of Decatur, Decatur Park District <br /> and Beach House I, Inc. in conjunction with the Decatur Lakefront Development for <br /> cultural, educational, and recreational facilities and activities be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City's portion of the costs of said agreement shall not <br /> exceed $250,000.00, and that said costs shall be limited specifically to sidewalk <br /> construction, and work required for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act <br /> and the lower level public access improvements. <br /> Section 3.
