RESOLUTION NO. R2014-8 8 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO ENTER INTO A NOT TO EXCEED $1,400,000 LOAN TO FINANCE THE <br /> ACQUISITION OF THE MOTOROLA STARCOM21 RADIO SYSTEM <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a 7-year <br /> loan agreement with Soy Capital Bank and Trust, not to exceed $1,400,000, with an interest rate <br /> not to exceed 2.80%,to finance the acquisition of the Motorola STARCOM21 Radio System. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 4th day of August, 2014. <br /> MI HAEL T.
