t <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 82013-97 <br /> RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS TO <br /> PAY THE CITY'S PORTION OF ENGINEERING COSTS <br /> FOR THE MOUND ROAD OVER SPRING CREEK EAST BRIDGE PROJECT <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$115,769.00'of Motor Fuel Tax <br /> funds for the purpose of paying the City's portion of engineering costs for the Mound Road over <br /> Spring Creek East Bridge project under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those streets, highways, bridges; and operations!as listed and <br /> described as part of the Mound Road over Spring Creek East Bridge project, are eligible for <br /> Motor Fuel Tax funds and shall be designated as Section 13-00325-00-13R. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period as <br /> given above, submit to the Department of Transportation on forms furnished by said Department, <br /> a certified statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for <br /> this period; and <br /> Section 4. That the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this <br /> resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Effingham, Illinois. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 2013. <br /> r <br /> Patrick S.
