RESOLUTION NO. R2011-82 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HOMER L. CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES, LLP FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR <br /> THE MAIN STREET PORTION OF THE CITY'S DOWNTOWN TREETSCAPE <br /> & OPEN SPACE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM, CITY PROJECT 2010-17 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the agreement between Homer L. Chastain & Associates, LLP, <br /> and the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order <br /> for an additional cost of$12,000, for a total amount not to exceed $456,626.28. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such <br /> Change Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
